Nebraska.Code() 2018 Conference
June 6 @ 7:30 am - June 8 @ 4:30 pm$199 - $449
The software industry is one of constant change. New tools and frameworks are introduced at an ever increasing pace. Development, Architecture, and Management paradigms shift only to shift back with the next hardware innovation. The industry itself is growing, doubling in size every 5 years. Cornerstone industries in the economy, Financial, Insurance, Medical, and Government, all rely on software to be efficient and effective. What this means is everyday we become more dependent on our software systems. Half the working developers have less than 5 years experience and need training to write quality code. Those with more than 5 years experience are looking for opportunities to learn new, efficient tools while trying to keep up with their backlog of work.
This year, Nebraska.Code() is bringing a generous helping of the most diverse and cutting-edge software development content. We have dedicated tracks on Emerging Technologies, Open-Source Technologies, Practical Agile, Microsoft Stack, Software Craftsmanship, and more! Nebraska.Code() is packed full of content to take your skills to the next level, from the best local, national, and international presenters!
Nebraska.Code() is an Amegala conference. Amegala was founded in 2010 with the belief that software development is an essential industry and the people who develop and manage software have a key role to play in the future of our economy. In 2017, Amegala began organizing conferences in four different markets (Indianapolis, IN; Detroit, MI; Des Moines, IA; Lincoln, NE) and has reached over 3,000 software development professionals across these four events. As responsible members of the software development community we see it as our mission to help grow and improve that community to which we owe so much.
